Silver Lake June 19 - 21

Alrighty, I decided to make a post concerning this trip. Lets get a sign up going. Who is going, when, and where are you staying?

Scott (Wileyeyejeep),Donna (Mrs Wileyeyejeep) and the kids Samantha and CJ. Maiden road trip for the new camper. Camping at yogis

If need be, we can all get together at our house after the meeting Saturday and plan times and menus???

Cross the fingers for good weather. It was pretty wet there 6/6. Wow does test hill look different. No big peak. There is a plateau (sp) before the peak. I will see if I can get some pics posted from last weekend.

Post up and let us all know who is going

I'm goin not sure what days though as far as 1 2 or all 3 days. Thinkin of cancilin on fri and go 1 or both other days.

I'm planning on going, But not sure on what days yet, will be camping at a friends house in Hesperia if I go more than one day... probably be camping out there even If I just go one day... I don't have a rider yet so if anyone wants to ride along let me know...

Works for me, Ill let ya know when Ill be on the dunes, if you want to meet me at my friends in Hesperia or somewhere in Heart since I am going to be spending the night let me know, and your more than welcome to hang out and drink beer with us if you want.

Most likely be headed up Saturday (the 20th) sometime, weather or not we will be going to the dunes Saturday is another question, going to hash that out with a friend, and possibly a cousin, going to be a last minute thing like normal, you know how us unemployed guys are!

Me and my wife will be there sat. somewhere between 9:00-10:00. Staying at the Budget Host in Hart come home probably sun afternoon. This all depends on if my TJ is back together. Finding more stuff possibly broke. Hopefully I'll know by sat. meeting if It will be ready.

Powerman is riding with me, planning on being there on the 20th some time after 11...

Darrell (jeepardy), The Haveman clan, Brandon and his wife. We are all camping at Yogis. I think the Leveretts are going up Saturday and staying at a friends up there somewhere. We should have a pretty good showing from ACES.

Hope everyone that made it up there had fun and made it back to the homefront, I know I did. Here's the tracks we ran.

So, you didn't drive though what used to be the drag strip... disappointing but understandable... you didn't play in the trees much... not always exciting... but its funny to see the loops where you drove around the water...

We played in the trees for a while. I don't think Darrell had the GPS going the whole time. Watched quite a few people get stuck in the holes in the water and we didn't really want to go thru that. LOL. Get your tranny fixed?

Just heading out to flush it now. its functioning, OK just has some water in it... damn truck kept trying to fall on its face during the ride home but its running good now so apparently it was just something that got wet.

Oh, and Advanced has the best deal on ATF right now, $11.17 a gallon...

We had a blast. It didn't take long to convince the GF to hit the hills. Exp after i tanked the xj.
We went just for the day sat. I can't wait to go again.

well the flush went faster this time, but because it was so foamy from the hose I was using and everything I thought it was still watery... anyone want to pick up another gallon of ATF for me?

Gonna toss out sept 10, 11 and 12 for club weekend. This is also the weekend of the applefest BBQ cook off. Good time last year. Yogis is only $25 per night that weekend.
